A visitor visa, also referred to as a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV), is an immigration document that allows foreign nationals to travel to and enter Canada. Visitors with a temporary visa can stay in Canada for up to six months. The authorities at the border may allow you to for more than six months or curtail your time. The details will be stated on your passport to inform you of the date on which you must leave the country
